In 2021, for the first time in History, the IFFHS publish the ranking of the Women's World Best Top Goal Scorer !
We have taken in consideration the women best 30 nations in the World (official source : Top 30 FIFA Ranking Dezember 2020) and we add all the Goals in these countries from January 1, 2021 to Dezember 31, 2021 ( the same rules that the IFFHS has established in 1991 for the men).
For the first time this year, Lea Schueller has joined longtime leader Jennifer Hermoso with a total of 33 goals since the beginning of the year ! The German striker took rank 1 due to the National team goals ! The World Ranking is very close, 8 players have already scored 30 or more goals ! 2 mexicans, 2 spanish, 1 german, 1 dutch, 1 australian and 1 czech : the 3 coming months will be fantastic to celebrate the first IFFHS WOMAN'S WORLD BEST TOP GOAL SCORER in the History !

Lea Schueller and Vivianne Miedema made a great jump the last month, also Alexia Putellas, Valentina Giacinti, Mateja Zver and newcomers like Ukraine’s Olga Ovdiychuk , Iceland’s Agla Maria Albersdottir, dutch Fenna Kalma and spanish Amaiur Sarriegi.
