Cristiano Ronaldo is the new European record holder on appearances for national team!
In the friendly game Portugal – Qatar (3-0) on 9 October, Cristiano Ronaldo has set a new record on the most appearances for European national teams.
CR7 entered the starting lineup and was replaced at half-time. This game was his 181st in the national team, so he surpassed the previous European record holder Sergio Ramos (180). In the world ranking, Cristiano Ronaldo takes the 4th position.
In the game vs Qatar, he scored another goal for Portugal having increased his world record on national team goals to 112. He made 41 assists throughout his international career.
Qatar has become the 46th national team to concede goals from CR7. No footballer in the history has scored against so many national teams.
