South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns leads the 2023 CAF women's club ranking after the month of April.
FAR Rabat (Morocco) is a runner-up while Zambia’s Green Buffaloes going third.
The ranking is based on the performance of clubs in international and national tournaments within the last 12 months.
