FENNA KALMA HONORED BY IFFHS
THE AWARD FOR FENNA KALMA
Fenna Kalma was crowned as IFFHS WOMEN’S WORLD BEST GOAL SCORER 2022 and received her Trophy in Enschede .
She was in the Top 15 in 2021 with 34 goals, before winning the World Ranking in 2022 with 45 goals (all competitions included) !
The 23 year old striker will now leave FC Twente for the Champions League finalist VFL Wolfsburg (winner of the Champions League 2013 and 2014). She was topscorer of the Women’s Eredivisie in Netherlands in the last two seasons with FC Twente, scoring more than 100 league goals in her young career. Since seven years, she played at the highest level in her country, now she has a new challenge in one of the World’s best clubs, VFL Wolfsburg, second of IFFHS CLUB WORLD RANKING 2023. Before, she will play the FIFA World Cup 2023 with the Netherlands in Australia/New Zealand.
