The Inter forward came on in the 55th minute of away game vs Salernitana (4-0) and scored in the 62nd, 77th, 85th and 89th minutes.
Before that, 4 players managed to score 3 goals entering a game from bench.
Regarding big five European league, the all-time record belongs to Robert Lewandowski who scored 5 goals when playing for Bayern Munich at home against Wolfsburg (5-1) on 22 September 2015. The Pole came on as a 46th minute substitute for Thiago Alcantara and made a penta-trick in the space of just 9 minutes.
