Delio Onnis (picture) is the record holder of the French national league since its inception in 1932. The Argentine striker has scored 299 goals in 449 games between 1971 and 1986.
The mark of 200 goals was reached so far by 6 players, 150 goals by 21 players and 100 by 92. 
8 of them are active but only Alexandre Lacazette (146 goals) continues to play in the league while Kylian Mbappé, Wissam Ben Yedder, Edinson Cavani, Bafétimbi Gomis, Dimitri Payet, André-Pierre Gignac and Kevin Gameiro left it.
Roger Courtois has scored most goals for a single club: 209 for Sochaux.
