Modrić, new UCL record holder for most KO rounds won
In March, Luka Modrić extended to 35 the number of Champions League knockout rounds won in his career. The Real Madrid veteran has thus surpassed the competition’s record that belonged to Cristiano Ronaldo (34).
Modrić won his first such round with Tottenham and all the others with his current club.
