THE WORLD’S BEST TOP GOAL SCORER at end April 2018 : EL KAABI ALREADY 12 GOALS !

Moroccan Ayoub El Kaabi still tops the poll at end April. He scored one goal for RS Berkane in CAF Confederation Cup to reach 12 goals. He is followed by another African, Algerian Baghdad Bounedjah, who scored two goals for Al Said SC in AFC Champions League to raise his total to 9. Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo, winner of this Award in 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017, added three UEFA Champions League goals to reach third position in 2018 with 8 goals.

El Kaabi scored most national team goals with 10, while Emiliano Tase of Auckland City FC and Marko Simic of Persija Jakarta each scored most club goals with 8.

Till end of April 2018, 27 players scored at least 5 goals. they are classified as follows :
