HAALAND CONTINUES TO WRITE HISTORY !
Erling Haaland grabs EPL seasonal record
We continue to track the feats of Erling Haaland, who continues to rewrite the English League record book with almost every match for Manchester City.
His goal against West Ham (3-0) on 3 May was his 35th Premier League goal of the current season. Since the inception of the league in 1992, no one has scored so much.
The previous record, 34 goals, was shared by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer. Each of them have played a lot more matches in the most prolific season (40 and 42 resp.) than Haaland now (31). And Haaland still has 5 more league matches to push the record mark even higher.
